TAYO Awards Foundation is the Philippines' premier award-giving body that recognizes and supports the excellent contributions of youth organizations in the country. It is the biggest platform to showcase young Filipinos’ dynamism and contribution to nation-building since 2002.

The 21st Search for TAYO Awards is proud to announce its theme: "makabayani," which embodies the twin concepts of "makabayan" (love of country) and "bayani" (hero). This theme recognizes the Filipino youth who express their love for their country through their "bayanihan" spirit, making them our modern-day heroes.

For over two decades, the Search for TAYO Awards has celebrated the efforts of young Filipinos who create positive change in their communities. These "makabayani" develop innovative solutions to pressing problems and inspire others to join them. The TAYO Awards Foundation aims to be a platform for these young heroes and their communities to share their stories and showcase how they continue to show their love for the Philippines. By recognizing these inspiring individuals, the Awards hope to encourage even more young people to embrace volunteerism and cultural diversity in their work toward nation-building.
